- In 2003, Homecoming Revolution was officially launched to thousands of expats globally, encouraging them to return home by showcasing jobs, property, schools, relocation services and inspiring storytelling.
- Mentioned by President Thabo Mbeki in the 2005 State of the Nation Address.
- In 2013, Homecoming became a full-fledged executive search firm, helping companies across SA, East Africa, and West Africa to recruit globally experienced, pan-African talent.
- And estimated 400k South Africans returned home between 2009-2013.
- To date we’ve built a unique database of 25,000 executive pan-African candidates.
- Homecoming has hosted 75+ bespoke talent events in cities like London, New York, Dubai, Sydney, Nairobi, Joburg, Cape Town, Lagos, Accra, Kigali, and Kampala.
- We’ve had 7k face-to-face engagements with senior professional global Africans.
- We’ve successfully placed 650+ executives across 20+ African countries.
- Homecoming has recruited for 75% of Africa’s top Non-Profits, Banks, and Retailers and 50% of the top FMCG, Logistics, and Advisory firms.
